Borage Flower
-
Borage is an edible and medicinal plant whose brilliant blue (or rosy pink, if harvested just before they drop) flowers can be used as a decorative garnish in drinks, deserts, or dishes of your choosing. While Borage leaves contain most of the plant's cucumber-esque taste, the flowers do retain a bit and offer a mild, refreshing flavor.
Medicinally, Borage flower and leaves can be used for fever, cough, and depression. Borage is also used to increase urine flow, prevent inflammation, as a sedative, and to promote sweating.

Borage flowers are small and delicate, approximately 1-2 inches in diameter.
